Common challenges our customers face โ and how we help.
Can't seem to fully disconnect from stress and mental chatter?
Floating eliminates all external stimulation โ sight, sound, gravity, and temperature โ giving your overstimulated nervous system a complete reset. Most people experience deep calm within 15 minutes.
Dealing with chronic pain and muscle tension that won't let up?
Weightlessness removes all pressure from joints and muscles while Epsom salt delivers magnesium directly through your skin. The combination provides natural pain relief without medication.
Struggling with insomnia or poor sleep quality?
A single float session has been shown to improve sleep quality for days afterward. Regular floating resets your sleep cycle by deeply relaxing your nervous system and reducing the stress hormones that keep you awake.
Curious about meditation but can't sit still long enough?
The float tank is the easiest environment to meditate in. With zero distractions and total weightlessness, your mind naturally settles. Many people achieve in their first float what takes years of seated meditation practice.
Skeptical that floating in salt water can really make a difference?
We hear that often โ until after the first session. Floating has been studied in clinical settings for pain reduction, anxiety relief, and blood pressure improvement. Most skeptics become regular floaters after experiencing it firsthand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We've got answers.
What if I'm claustrophobic?
Our float rooms are much larger than old-style isolation pods โ most are the size of a small room, not a coffin. You control the door, the lights, and the music at all times. Most claustrophobic clients are surprised by how spacious and comfortable it feels.
Is the water sanitary?
The extremely high salt concentration is naturally antimicrobial โ nothing can live in it. Additionally, the water is filtered between every session through UV sterilization and micron filtration systems. It's cleaner than a swimming pool.
What do I wear in the float tank?
Nothing โ you float nude in a private room for the most unencumbered experience. Each room has its own shower, and you're completely private throughout. Swimwear is allowed if you prefer, though it can be distracting.
What if I fall asleep?
It happens often and it's perfectly safe. The salt water is so dense you float effortlessly โ it's physically impossible to sink. Many people enjoy some of the deepest sleep they've ever experienced in the float tank.
How often should I float?
Your first float is an introduction โ most benefits deepen with regular practice. We recommend floating once a week for the first month to build comfort and experience cumulative benefits. After that, twice a month maintains the effects for most people.
What Our Customers Say
Don't just take our word for it โ hear from our satisfied customers.
โI was a complete skeptic. One hour in the float tank and my chronic shoulder pain was noticeably better. After monthly floats for six months, I've reduced my pain medication by half.โ
Ashley Taylor
โAs someone with severe anxiety, floating has been more effective than anything else I've tried. The sensory break gives my nervous system a chance to fully reset. I float weekly now.โ
Sarah Thomas
โThe float-and-massage combo is the most relaxed I've ever been in my life. The float loosens everything up and then the massage goes so much deeper. I schedule it monthly as non-negotiable self-care.โ
Michael White
โI'm a triathlete and I float after every major race. The magnesium absorption cuts my recovery time noticeably, and the mental reset is just as valuable as the physical recovery.โ
Emily Johnson
โI was worried about claustrophobia but the room is huge and you can leave the door open with lights on if you want. By my second float I was in complete darkness and loving it.โ
