How often should I visit the dentist?

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call our office immediately. We reserve time each day for emergencies and can usually see you the same day. If a tooth is knocked out, place it in milk and get to us within 30 minutes for the best chance of saving it.
Are dental X-rays safe?
Yes. Digital X-rays emit up to 80% less radiation than traditional film X-rays. The amount of radiation from a full set of dental X-rays is less than what you'd receive from a short airplane flight.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care and regular dental visits, dental implants can last 25 years or more — many last a lifetime. Success rates for dental implants exceed 95% in healthy patients.
