Do I need to be fit before starting CrossFit?

Not at all. Every workout is scalable to your current fitness level. Our Fundamentals program ensures you learn proper technique and build confidence before joining regular classes.

Is CrossFit safe?

When coached properly, CrossFit is very safe. Our coaches hold CF-L2 or higher certifications, maintain small class sizes, and prioritize movement quality over speed or load.

How much does a membership cost?

We offer unlimited, 3x/week, and drop-in options to fit different budgets. Contact us for current rates — most members find it comparable to a premium gym with personal training included.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and cross-training shoes. Bring water and a towel. We provide all equipment. Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach.
