How quickly can you come for a repair?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments for most repairs. Emergency refrigerator and freezer calls receive priority scheduling. We provide a 2-hour arrival window so you're not waiting around all day.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We charge a service call fee that covers the diagnosis. This fee is waived or applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with our recommended fix. You'll know the total repair cost before any work begins.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no additional cost. Many parts also carry their own manufacturer warranty.
