Common challenges our customers face โ and how we help.
Pool turning green despite your efforts?
Algae blooms happen when chemistry gets out of balance, filtration is inadequate, or circulation is poor. Our green pool recovery service restores crystal-clear water and identifies the underlying cause to prevent recurrence.
Pool equipment not working properly?
A failing pump, clogged filter, or broken heater makes your pool unusable and wastes energy. We diagnose and repair all brands of pool equipment quickly so you're back to enjoying your pool, not stressing about it.
Water level dropping and suspect a leak?
Pools lose water to evaporation, but significant drops indicate a leak. We use professional detection methods to pinpoint leaks in the shell, plumbing, or equipment without unnecessary digging or demolition.
Tired of spending your weekends on pool maintenance?
Pool chemistry, cleaning, and equipment monitoring take real time and expertise. Our weekly service handles everything so your pool is always sparkling clean and chemically balanced when you want to swim.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We've got answers.
How often should my pool be serviced?
We recommend weekly service for the best water quality and equipment longevity. At minimum, bi-weekly service is needed to maintain proper chemistry. Pools in heavy-use, tree-covered, or hot climate areas especially benefit from weekly attention.
What does weekly pool service include?
Each visit includes water chemistry testing and balancing, skimming the surface, brushing walls and tile, vacuuming the floor, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, checking equipment operation, and a written service report.
How much does pool resurfacing cost?
Pool resurfacing ranges from $4,000-$15,000+ depending on pool size and finish type. Basic plaster is the most affordable, while pebble and quartz finishes cost more but last significantly longer. We provide detailed quotes after inspecting your pool.
How do I know if my pool has a leak?
If your pool loses more than 1/4 inch of water per day (beyond normal evaporation), you likely have a leak. Other signs include: unexplained wet spots in the yard, air bubbles in the return jets, or the pump losing prime. We offer a bucket evaporation test to confirm.
When should I open and close my pool for the season?
Open your pool when consistent daytime temperatures reach 70 degrees to prevent algae growth in stagnant water. Close it when temperatures drop consistently below 60 degrees. We schedule seasonal openings and closings so you don't have to worry about timing.
