Our beginner foundations series is designed specifically for newcomers. You'll learn at a comfortable pace in a supportive environment — no headstands on day one, we promise.

Sitting all day and dealing with tight hips and a stiff back?

Yoga specifically targets the muscle groups that shorten from prolonged sitting. Regular practice opens your hips, strengthens your core, and restores the mobility that desk life takes away.

Can't quiet your mind enough to meditate?

That's actually the whole point — you don't need a quiet mind to start. Yoga uses movement and breath as anchors for your attention, making it a moving meditation that's far more accessible than sitting still.

Recovering from an injury and not sure if yoga is safe?

Our instructors are trained to offer modifications for every body and every limitation. Private sessions are ideal for working around injuries, and we communicate with your healthcare provider if needed.

Tried yoga once and didn't feel like it was a real workout?

Not all yoga is gentle stretching. Our vinyasa and hot yoga classes will challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility more than you'd expect. Try a power flow class and see for yourself.

I'm not flexible — can I still do yoga?

That's like saying you're too dirty to take a shower. Yoga builds flexibility over time — you don't need it to start. Every pose has modifications, and our teachers help you work within your current range of motion.

What should I bring to class?

We provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. Just bring water, a towel (especially for hot yoga), and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class.

How often should I practice yoga?

Even once a week provides benefits. For noticeable improvements in flexibility, strength, and stress levels, 2-3 times per week is ideal. Listen to your body and build frequency gradually.

What's the difference between vinyasa and restorative yoga?

Vinyasa is active and flowing — it builds heat, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Restorative is passive and slow — it uses props to hold gentle poses for minutes, focusing on deep relaxation and nervous system recovery. Both are valuable.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially for popular evening and weekend classes. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits. Your first class is always free so you can experience our studio.
