How much does a survey cost?

How long does a survey take?
Residential surveys are typically completed within 1-2 weeks from scheduling. Commercial and ALTA surveys may take 2-4 weeks. Rush services are available for time-sensitive transactions.
Do I need a survey to build a fence?
We strongly recommend it. Building a fence on the wrong side of your property line can result in costly disputes, removal, and legal liability. A survey is a small investment to avoid big problems.
What is the difference between a boundary survey and an ALTA survey?
A boundary survey establishes property lines. An ALTA survey is more comprehensive, including easements, encroachments, zoning, flood zone, and access — typically required for commercial transactions and title insurance.
