Worrying about your pet while you are away ruins the trip. Our webcam access, daily photo updates, and structured daily routines give you peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and getting plenty of attention.
Has your pet come home stressed or sick from a boarding facility?
Overcrowded facilities with poor ventilation and inadequate supervision lead to anxious, sick pets. Our staff-to-pet ratios are industry-leading, and every guest is health-screened at check-in to keep all animals safe.
Worried your dog will not get enough exercise while boarding?
Many facilities keep dogs in kennels 20+ hours a day. Our dogs get 3-4 hours of supervised play, walks, and outdoor time daily — more activity than most dogs get at home.
Does your pet have special dietary or medication needs?
Managing medications, special diets, and supplements while boarding can be stressful. Our trained staff administers medications on schedule and follows your feeding instructions to the letter, at no extra cost.
Struggling to find last-minute boarding during holidays?
Holiday weekends book up months in advance at most facilities. We keep a limited number of spots open for last-minute bookings and maintain a waitlist with automatic notification when space opens up.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?
All dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Canine influenza vaccination is strongly recommended. Cats need rabies and FVRCP. We require vaccination records from your vet at least 48 hours before check-in.
Can I bring my pet's own food and belongings?
Yes, and we encourage it. Familiar food prevents stomach upset, and a blanket or toy from home helps reduce stress. Please label everything with your pet's name. We provide bedding, bowls, and water, but personal items are always welcome.
What happens if my pet gets sick or injured during their stay?
We have a pet first aid-certified team on site at all times. For anything beyond basic first aid, we transport to our partner veterinary clinic within 10 minutes of our facility. You will be contacted immediately, and we follow your emergency vet authorization on file.
How do you handle dogs that do not get along with others?
Every dog goes through a temperament assessment at their first visit. Dogs that prefer solo time get individual play sessions and private outdoor time rather than group play. We never force socialization — every dog's comfort level is respected.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 7 AM and noon, and check-out is between noon and 6 PM. Early drop-off and late pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. If you check out after noon, a half-day daycare charge applies.
