When the same linens and chairs are promised to three events on one Saturday, spreadsheet-based tracking leads to shortages, frantic substitutions, and unhappy clients.

Are your delivery logistics consuming too much time and margin?

Coordinating delivery windows, venue access, setup timing, and pickup across multiple events per day requires route optimization and scheduling that manual processes cannot handle efficiently.

Do customers struggle to envision how items look in their event space?

When clients cannot see your rentals styled in real settings, they hesitate to commit. Without lookbook-quality photos on your website, decisions take longer and orders are smaller.

How far in advance should I place my rental order?

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance for most events. Weddings and large events should book 3-6 months ahead, especially during peak season (May-October). Last-minute orders are accommodated when inventory allows.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in our pricing for orders above the minimum. Our crew handles everything from tent installation to table placement so your venue is event-ready.

What if something gets damaged during the event?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. We offer optional damage waiver protection for a small percentage of your rental total that covers accidental breakage beyond normal use.

Can I see items in person before ordering?

Absolutely. Our showroom is open for appointments where you can see, touch, and compare all our rental items. We also provide styled galleries on our website for design inspiration.
