Les défis courants de nos clients — et comment nous les aidons.
Is your concrete driveway cracking and sinking?
Settlement and cracking are caused by poor soil compaction, inadequate thickness, or missing control joints. We diagnose the cause and either repair or replace to prevent the same problem from recurring.
Need a foundation poured before winter sets in?
Concrete work is weather-sensitive and scheduling delays can push your project into the next season. We plan pours around weather windows and use cold-weather concrete techniques when necessary.
Want a decorative patio that looks like natural stone without the cost?
Stamped concrete gives you the look of flagstone, slate, or brick at a fraction of the cost and with virtually zero maintenance. We offer dozens of patterns and color combinations.
Is your retaining wall leaning or failing?
A failing retaining wall is a safety hazard and can cause property damage. We engineer replacement walls with proper drainage and footings to handle the soil load permanently.
Are sunken concrete slabs creating trip hazards?
Settled sidewalks and garage floors don't always need replacement. Polyurethane foam leveling raises sunken slabs back to grade in hours at a fraction of the cost of tear-out and replacement.
Questions fréquentes
Vous avez des questions ? Nous avons les réponses.
How long does concrete take to cure?
Concrete reaches initial set in 24-48 hours and is safe for foot traffic. It reaches about 70% strength in 7 days and full design strength in 28 days. We'll advise you on when it's safe for vehicle traffic based on your specific pour.
Can concrete be poured in cold weather?
Yes, with precautions. We use heated water in the mix, insulating blankets over fresh pours, and hot-weather or cold-weather admixtures as needed. We won't pour if conditions can't be managed safely.
Why does concrete crack?
Some cracking is normal due to shrinkage as concrete cures. Control joints are placed at regular intervals to control where cracks occur. Structural cracks from settlement or overloading are a different issue and require repair.
How thick should a residential driveway be?
A minimum of 4 inches for passenger vehicles and 5-6 inches for areas that will support trucks, RVs, or heavy equipment. The subgrade preparation is equally important — poorly compacted soil under any thickness will eventually settle.
How much does stamped concrete cost compared to pavers?
Stamped concrete typically costs 30-40% less than natural stone or pavers and requires virtually no maintenance. Pavers offer easier repair of individual sections but require periodic re-sanding and can shift over time.
Ce que disent nos clients
Ne nous croyez pas sur parole — écoutez nos clients satisfaits.
“They poured our 2,400 square-foot stamped patio and it looks like real flagstone. Every neighbor has stopped to ask who did the work. Absolutely beautiful.”
Emily Williams
“Our old driveway had sunk 3 inches near the garage. They leveled it with foam in two hours and it looks perfect. Saved us from a $6,000 tear-out and replace.”
James Brown
“Built the foundation for our custom home and the builder said it was the flattest, most accurate foundation he's ever worked on. That level of precision matters.”
Maria Jones
“Poured a 10,000 square-foot warehouse floor with polished finish. The floor is perfectly flat, the polished surface looks incredible, and they finished on schedule.”
