How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?

How long does it take for carpets to dry?
With our truck-mounted equipment and high-powered extraction, most carpets are dry within 4-8 hours. We can provide fans to speed drying. Low-moisture cleaning methods for commercial spaces dry in 1-2 hours.
Can you remove all stains?
We remove the vast majority of stains successfully. However, some stains — like bleach spots, certain dyes, and very old stains — may have permanently changed the carpet fibers. We're always honest about what we can and can't achieve.
Is professional carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use non-toxic, pet-safe, and child-safe cleaning solutions. After the carpet is dry, it's completely safe for everyone. For families with sensitivities, we offer green cleaning options with plant-based products.
Do you move furniture?
We move light to medium furniture like chairs, end tables, and small items as part of our standard service. Heavy items like beds, dressers, and entertainment centers should be moved in advance. We replace all moved furniture on protective pads.
