How long will my car be in the shop?

Do you provide rental cars?
We work with Enterprise and other rental agencies to arrange a rental vehicle while your car is being repaired. If you have rental coverage on your insurance, we'll coordinate directly with them.
Will you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We discuss parts options with every customer. OEM parts are identical to factory originals. Quality aftermarket parts meet the same specifications at a lower cost. You choose what works for your budget and preference.
Do you guarantee color matching?
Yes. We use a computerized spectrophotometer to analyze your exact paint color and formula. Our painters blend adjacent panels to ensure an invisible repair. We guarantee the color match.
Can you repair aluminum body panels?
Yes, we're certified in aluminum repair with a dedicated aluminum clean room to prevent galvanic corrosion. This is especially important for newer trucks and luxury vehicles with aluminum body panels.
