What welding certifications do you hold?
Our welders are certified to AWS D1.1 (structural steel), AWS D1.2 (aluminum), and ASME Section IX (pressure piping). Certifications are current and available for review upon request. We also carry fabrication shop certification.
Can you work from my design or blueprints?
Absolutely. We work from engineering drawings, architectural plans, sketches, photos, or just a description of what you need. For custom decorative work, we can create design concepts for your approval before fabrication begins.
Do you do mobile welding?
Yes, our mobile rig is a fully equipped welding truck with MIG, TIG, stick, plasma cutting, and power tools. We come to your farm, job site, marina, or facility for repairs, modifications, and installations.
What metals can you weld?
We weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, chrome-moly, cast iron, and other specialty alloys. Each material requires different processes and techniques. We'll recommend the right approach for your project.
How do I get a quote for custom fabrication?
Send us drawings, photos, or a description of what you need along with material preference and dimensions. We'll provide a detailed quote including materials, labor, and finish. For complex projects, a site visit may be needed.
