What's the difference between urgent care and the emergency room?
Urgent care treats non-life-threatening conditions: infections, sprains, minor fractures, lacerations, fevers, and flu. Go to the ER for chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injuries with loss of consciousness, or stroke symptoms. We save you time and money for everything else.
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
No appointment needed â that's the whole point of urgent care. Walk in during our hours and you'll be seen. We also offer online check-in so you can reserve your spot and wait from home.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we treat patients of all ages including infants, children, and teenagers. Our providers are experienced in pediatric urgent care including ear infections, fevers, rashes, minor injuries, and childhood illnesses.
How much does an urgent care visit cost without insurance?
Self-pay visits typically range from $150-$300 depending on the services needed, compared to $2,000+ for a typical ER visit. We provide transparent pricing upfront and accept most major insurance plans including Medicare.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes, our providers can prescribe antibiotics, antivirals, pain medications, anti-nausea drugs, and most other non-controlled substances. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy, often before you leave the clinic.
