Long-distance towing requires proper licensing, insurance, and equipment. We're fully licensed and insured for interstate transport with GPS tracking so you know where your vehicle is at all times.

How quickly can you get to me?
Our average response time is 25-35 minutes within the metro area. Remote or highway locations may take slightly longer. We'll give you an ETA when you call and keep you updated if anything changes.
Do you tow all-wheel-drive vehicles?
Yes. AWD and 4WD vehicles must be transported on a flatbed to prevent drivetrain damage. All of our trucks are equipped for flatbed towing. We never drag AWD vehicles on their wheels.
What information do I need when I call for a tow?
Your exact location (cross streets or mile marker), vehicle year/make/model, what happened (flat, won't start, accident), and where you'd like the vehicle taken. If it's a roadside issue, we may be able to fix it on the spot.
Will my auto insurance cover the tow?
Many insurance policies include roadside assistance and towing coverage. If you're not sure, call your insurance first â they'll dispatch us directly and handle payment. We also accept motor club memberships.
What if I'm locked out of my car?
We offer lockout service and can open most vehicles without damaging the lock or door. If we can't get in non-destructively, we'll tow you to a locksmith. Lockout service is typically faster and cheaper than a tow.
