We are open 7 days a week with extended early-morning and late-evening hours. Many of our locations offer 24/7 key-fob access for members.

Is personal training included in the membership?

Every new member receives a complimentary fitness assessment and introductory session. Ongoing personal training packages are available at member-exclusive rates.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely. Members can bring a guest for a free day pass up to twice per month. Guest passes are available at the front desk.

Do you offer corporate or group rates?
