How much does a wedding planner cost?
Our services range from $1,500 for day-of coordination to $8,000+ for full-service planning, depending on wedding size and complexity. Most clients find we save them significant money through vendor negotiations and avoiding costly mistakes.
How far in advance should I hire a wedding planner?
For full-service planning, 12-18 months before your wedding is ideal. Partial planning typically begins 6-9 months out. Day-of coordination should be booked at least 2-3 months in advance.
Do you only plan large weddings?
We plan weddings of all sizes, from intimate 20-person elopements to grand 300+ guest celebrations. We also offer micro-wedding packages specifically designed for smaller, meaningful gatherings.
Will you work with vendors we have already booked?
Absolutely. We seamlessly integrate with vendors you have already chosen and fill in any remaining needs from our trusted vendor network.
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator?
A venue coordinator manages the venue's logistics on your wedding day. A wedding planner works exclusively for you, managing the entire planning process, all vendors, and your personal experience from start to finish.
