Leadbol provides AI CRM & lead generation systems for local businesses. Our services include:

  • AI CRM & lead generation system setup from 200+ industry-specific configurations
  • Professional website design, hosting, and maintenance
  • CRM and contact management
  • AI Receptionist and business automations
  • WhatsApp-based website building and content updates
  • Domain registration and management

3. Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee (One-Time)

  • Pay in full: $1,497
  • Installments: $499/month for 3 months

Recurring Fee

  • Platform fee: $197/month (starts after setup period)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Recurring fees are billed automatically at the start of each billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on setup fees. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
  • Your website and associated data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide for your website, including text, images, logos, and videos. By providing content to us, you grant Leadbol a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and host this content solely for the purpose of delivering your website.

Our Templates and Platform

Leadbol retains ownership of all website templates, platform code, design elements, and proprietary technology. Your subscription grants you a licence to use these materials for your website, but does not transfer ownership.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Engage in any activity that could damage our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorisation
  • Host content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadbol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Leadbol in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadbol, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
