Has your building project stalled because the site isn't prepared?
Everything in construction starts with the ground. Without proper site prep, clearing, and grading, foundations shift, drainage fails, and schedules slip. We get the site ready so other trades can start on time.
Is poor drainage causing water problems on your property?
Standing water, flooded basements, and eroded yards are drainage problems that get worse every season. Proper grading and drainage installation directs water away from structures permanently.
Need a septic system but not sure what the soil will support?
Septic system design depends entirely on soil conditions. We perform percolation tests, work with engineers, and install the right system for your site — whether conventional or alternative technology.
Worried about hitting underground utilities during excavation?
We call 811 before every dig and use electronic locating equipment to verify utility positions. Safety protocols and trained operators prevent costly and dangerous utility strikes.

How long does site preparation take?
A typical residential lot clearing and grading takes 2-5 days depending on trees, topography, and soil conditions. Commercial sites can take several weeks. We provide a timeline estimate after our site visit.
Do you handle permits for excavation work?
Yes, we assist with grading permits, septic permits, utility connection permits, and erosion control plans. We know the local requirements and work with inspectors throughout the project.
What happens to the excavated dirt?
We balance cut and fill whenever possible to keep costs down. Excess material can be spread on-site, hauled to an approved fill site, or in some cases sold to other projects. We manage all spoils logistics.
Can you work in tight residential spaces?
Yes. We operate mini excavators, compact track loaders, and small dump trucks specifically designed for tight residential access. We protect existing landscaping, driveways, and utilities.
What does a percolation test involve?
We dig test holes at specified depths, saturate the soil, and measure how quickly water drains. The results determine what type of septic system your property can support and the size of the drain field required.
