Häufige Herausforderungen unserer Kunden — und wie wir helfen.
Has your doctor recommended surgery and you want to try a non-surgical option first?
Research shows that physical therapy is as effective as surgery for many conditions, including meniscus tears, rotator cuff injuries, and spinal stenosis. A trial of PT can help you avoid surgery entirely or prepare you for a better surgical outcome.
Recovering from surgery and not sure what to expect?
Post-surgical rehab is critical to a full recovery. Starting physical therapy too late or doing the wrong exercises can delay healing and limit your outcome. We follow evidence-based protocols aligned with your surgeon's plan.
Living with chronic pain that limits your daily activities?
Chronic pain changes how you move, sleep, and live. Physical therapy addresses the movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and joint restrictions that keep you in pain — without relying on medications.
Afraid of falling and losing your independence?
Falls are the leading cause of injury in adults over 65, and fear of falling leads many people to limit their activities. Balance training and strength exercises can significantly reduce fall risk and restore confidence.
Dealing with a sports injury that keeps coming back?
Recurring injuries usually mean the original problem was never fully addressed. A sports PT identifies the underlying weakness, flexibility deficit, or movement fault that's setting you up for re-injury.
Häufig gestellte Fragen
Sie haben Fragen? Wir haben Antworten.
Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?
In most states, you can see a physical therapist directly without a doctor's referral — this is called direct access. Some insurance plans may still require a referral for coverage. Call us and we'll check your specific plan.
How many sessions will I need?
Treatment plans typically range from 4-12 visits depending on your condition. Acute injuries may resolve in 4-6 visits, while post-surgical rehab can take 8-16 weeks. We reassess regularly and adjust your plan based on your progress.
What should I wear to physical therapy?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear is ideal. For lower body treatment, shorts are helpful. For shoulder or back issues, wear a loose t-shirt. No jeans or restrictive clothing.
Will physical therapy be painful?
Treatment should never be unbearable, but some discomfort during stretching and strengthening is normal and expected. We communicate constantly during your session and adjust intensity based on your feedback. Mild soreness after a session is common and resolves quickly.
Does insurance cover physical therapy?
Most health insurance plans cover physical therapy with a prescription or referral. Coverage varies by plan — some have visit limits while others have copays per session. Our front desk team verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
Was unsere Kunden sagen
Verlassen Sie sich nicht nur auf unser Wort — hören Sie von unseren zufriedenen Kunden.
“Was scheduled for shoulder surgery until my doctor suggested trying PT first. After 10 weeks of treatment, I have full range of motion and zero pain. Surgery cancelled. Physical therapy saved me from an operation I didn't need.”
Ashley Miller
“Tore my ACL playing soccer and the rehab here got me back on the field in 8 months. The therapist understood my sport and designed everything around getting me game-ready, not just pain-free.”
Sarah Davis
“I was having 2-3 falls per month before starting balance therapy. After six weeks of treatment, I haven't fallen once. I'm walking more confidently and doing things I'd been afraid to do for years.”
Michael Rodriguez
“The pelvic floor therapist changed my life postpartum. I was leaking every time I sneezed or laughed and thought it was just something I had to live with. Eight sessions later, no more leaking. Every new mom should know about this.”
Emily Martinez
“What I appreciated most was the one-on-one attention. The therapist worked with me for the full 45 minutes every visit — no being handed off to an aide or doing exercises alone in a corner. The results showed.”
