Almindelige udfordringer vores kunder oplever — og hvordan vi hjælper.
Dealing with back pain that nothing seems to fix?
Pilates strengthens the deep core muscles that stabilize your spine — the muscles most exercise programs miss. Clinical Pilates is one of the most effective evidence-based approaches for chronic back pain.
Want to get stronger without bulking up or high-impact exercise?
Pilates builds long, lean muscle through controlled resistance. It's low-impact but deeply challenging, creating functional strength that translates to everyday life and athletic performance.
Recovering from surgery or injury and need guided exercise?
Our clinical Pilates program works with your surgeon or physiotherapist to create a safe, progressive rehabilitation plan using specialized equipment that supports your body as it heals.
Bored with repetitive gym workouts?
Every Pilates session is different. With hundreds of exercises across multiple apparatus, you'll never do the same routine twice — and the mind-body focus keeps you mentally engaged throughout.
Poor posture from years of desk work?
Pilates retrains your postural muscles, counteracting the rounded shoulders and collapsed spine of desk life. Most clients notice significant posture improvements within the first month of regular practice.
Ofte Stillede Spørgsmål
Har du spørgsmål? Vi har svarene.
What's the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses body weight on the floor, while reformer Pilates uses a sliding carriage with spring resistance. The reformer provides support for beginners and added challenge for advanced practitioners. Both build core strength — reformer adds versatility.
Is Pilates good for weight loss?
Pilates builds lean muscle, which increases your resting metabolism. While it's not a high-calorie-burn cardio workout, it tones your body, improves posture (which makes you look leaner), and complements cardio and nutrition efforts beautifully.
How is Pilates different from yoga?
Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements with emphasis on core strength and muscle activation. Yoga emphasizes flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness. Both are excellent — many clients practice both for complementary benefits.
I have a bad back — is Pilates safe for me?
Pilates is one of the most recommended exercises for back pain. However, we strongly recommend starting with a private session so your instructor can assess your condition and modify exercises appropriately. Clinical Pilates is specifically designed for back issues.
How many times per week should I do Pilates?
Joseph Pilates himself said to practice 3 times per week. For most people, 2-3 sessions weekly produces noticeable results in strength, posture, and flexibility within 4-6 weeks. Even once a week is beneficial.
