Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Leadbol website. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the one-time setup fee within 30 days of your initial payment.

This guarantee applies to all tiers: Website Only, Growth, Premium, and Custom (for the standard setup fee portion).

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your website and services will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period.
  • Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Domain registration fees: Once a domain has been purchased on your behalf, the domain fee is non-refundable as it is a third-party cost.
  • Custom work: Any custom design, development, or integration work beyond the standard template is non-refundable once delivered.
  • Subscription fees: Recurring fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Requests after 30 days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial setup payment are not eligible.

6. Account After Refund

If a refund is issued for your setup fee, your website and associated services will be deactivated. Any content you provided will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to re-subscribe, after which it may be permanently deleted.
