How fast can you get to me if I'm locked out?
We typically arrive within 15-30 minutes for lockout calls in our service area. We operate 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Give us your location and we'll provide an accurate ETA before dispatching.
What's the difference between rekeying and replacing locks?
Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys no longer work, but keeps the existing hardware. It's faster and cheaper. Lock replacement installs entirely new hardware and is recommended when locks are worn, damaged, or you want to upgrade security.
Can you program car key fobs and transponder keys?
Yes, we program transponder keys, key fobs, and smart keys for most makes and models. Our mobile units carry the equipment to cut and program keys on-site, which is significantly cheaper than going to the dealership.
