Are your pet sitters insured and background-checked?
Yes, every sitter is fully insured, bonded, and has passed a comprehensive background check. We also require pet first aid certification and at least two years of professional pet care experience before hiring. You will meet your assigned sitter before the first booking.
What if my pet has a medical emergency while I am away?
We collect your vet's contact information and an emergency authorization form before every booking. In an emergency, we transport your pet to your vet or the nearest emergency clinic immediately and contact you right away. All sitters are pet first aid certified.
How do I know my pet is okay while I am gone?
You will receive photo and text updates after every visit or at scheduled times during overnight stays. We use a professional pet sitting app where you can view updates, GPS-tracked walk routes, and feeding confirmations in real time.
Can you care for multiple pets in one household?
Absolutely. Most of our clients have multiple pets. We charge a small additional fee per extra pet to ensure each animal gets adequate individual attention. Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish — we handle multi-species households regularly.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for regular visits and at least a month ahead for holiday periods like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and summer vacation. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.
