Do you repair all appliance brands?
Yes, we service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Frigidaire, Kenmore, and more. Our technicians carry parts for the most common models and can order specialty parts with fast shipping.
Is it worth repairing an old appliance?
Generally, if the repair cost is less than 50% of a new appliance and the unit has significant life remaining, repair is worthwhile. We'll give you an honest opinion based on the appliance's age, condition, and repair cost.
How quickly can you come for a repair?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments for most repairs. Emergency refrigerator and freezer calls receive priority scheduling. We provide a 2-hour arrival window so you're not waiting around all day.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We charge a service call fee that covers the diagnosis. This fee is waived or applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with our recommended fix. You'll know the total repair cost before any work begins.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no additional cost. Many parts also carry their own manufacturer warranty.
