You cannot reply to emails while shooting a wedding. Without automated responses and lead capture, potential clients move on to photographers who respond faster.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance as dates fill quickly. Portrait and commercial sessions can typically be scheduled within 1-2 weeks.
How many photos will I receive?
This varies by session type. Portrait sessions typically deliver 30-50 edited images. Weddings deliver 400-800+ fully edited photos. We never limit shots during your session.
When will I receive my photos?
Portrait and headshot galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Wedding galleries within 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
We do not provide RAW files as our editing is a core part of the final product and our artistic brand. Every delivered image is professionally edited to our signature style.
Can I print my photos anywhere?
Yes. You receive full-resolution digital files with a print release, so you can print anywhere you choose. We also offer professional print products through our preferred lab.
