How long does an interior paint job last?
With quality paint and proper preparation, interior paint typically lasts 7-10 years in living areas and 3-5 years in high-traffic areas like hallways and kitchens. We use premium paints with excellent washability and durability.
Do you move furniture or do I need to prepare the room?
We handle everything. We move furniture to the center of the room and cover it with drop cloths, protect floors, remove switch plates, and tape edges. When we're done, everything goes back in place and we clean up completely.
What paint brands do you use?
We primarily use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams because they offer superior coverage, durability, and color accuracy. We're happy to use a specific brand if you prefer, and we always recommend the right sheen for each surface.
How long does a cabinet painting project take?
A typical kitchen cabinet project takes 5-7 days including removal, sanding, priming, spray painting (usually 2 coats), drying time, and reinstallation. We can provide temporary use of your kitchen during most of the process.
Do you offer color consultations?
Yes, we offer free color consultations with every project. We bring large samples, test swatches on your walls, and help you see how colors will look with your lighting and decor before committing.
