A typical room takes 1-2 days for installation plus a day for acclimation before starting. Whole-house installations usually take 3-5 days. Refinishing takes 3-5 days including sanding, staining, and curing time.
Is luxury vinyl plank as durable as hardwood?
LVP is more resistant to scratches, dents, and water damage than real hardwood. It's an excellent choice for families with pets and kids, kitchens, and basements. High-quality LVP can last 20+ years with proper care.
Can you install flooring over my existing floor?
