What should I wear to the spa?
We provide a plush robe and slippers upon arrival. During treatments, you undress to your comfort level and are always properly draped. Your therapist will step out while you get settled.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to check in, change, and enjoy the relaxation lounge. This transition time helps you begin unwinding before your treatment starts.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Absolutely. When booking online or by phone, you can select your preferred therapist. We also note your preferences so returning visits are consistent with what you love.
Are your products organic or cruelty-free?
We use a curated selection of professional skincare lines that are cruelty-free, and many are organic or naturally derived. If you have specific ingredient concerns, let us know when booking.
