Can I return food if my pet does not like it?
Absolutely. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all pet food. If your pet will not eat it, bring back the unused portion within 30 days for a full exchange or refund. We would rather help you find the right food than have you stuck with a bag your pet refuses.
Do you carry raw and fresh pet food?
Yes, we have a dedicated raw food freezer section with brands like Primal, Stella and Chewy's, and local raw suppliers. We also carry fresh refrigerated options. Our staff can walk you through transitioning to raw or fresh food safely.
How does the self-wash station work?
Just walk in — no appointment needed. We provide the tub, warm water, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and dryers. You wash your dog and we clean up. It is faster and less messy than washing at home and costs a fraction of a professional groom.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer free local delivery on orders over $49. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon. We also offer curbside pickup if you prefer to stay in your car. Auto-ship subscribers get free delivery on every order regardless of amount.
