How often should I train with a personal trainer?
Most clients see excellent results with 2-3 sessions per week. We also provide programming for your independent training days so every workout counts.
What certifications do you hold?
Our trainers hold nationally accredited certifications including NASM, ACE, and NSCA, along with specialized credentials in nutrition, corrective exercise, and sports performance.
Can you work around my injuries or limitations?
Absolutely. We conduct a thorough movement assessment before programming and can coordinate with your physiotherapist or doctor to ensure safe, effective training.
Do you offer a free trial session?
Yes. Your first session is a complimentary consultation and mini-workout so we can assess your fitness level and make sure we are the right fit for each other.
