What is your sick child policy?
Children with fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or certain other symptoms must stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours. We follow CDC guidelines and communicate health advisories promptly to all families.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes. We provide a morning snack, hot lunch, and afternoon snack daily. Our menus follow USDA nutrition guidelines and accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice.
How do I know my child is safe?
We use secured entry systems, conduct background checks on all staff, maintain CPR/First Aid certification, and follow strict supervision protocols. Parents receive daily reports and can schedule visits anytime.
Is there a waitlist?
Some age groups may have a waitlist, particularly for infant care. We recommend contacting us early, even during pregnancy, to secure a spot. Waitlist families are contacted as soon as a spot opens.
